The Temple of Eden is honored to introduce psilocybin — a sacred sacrament — to the community with our first overnight ceremony open to the public. We believe all entheogens are divine expressions of God consciousness. Our primary sacrament, Bufo, is the breath of God; our second sacrament, psilocybin, is the flesh of God.
This deeply intentional ceremony will take place from June 14th to 15th at a serene private ranch in the heart of Joshua Tree, California. This ceremony is limited to only 10 participants to preserve intimacy, safety, and depth of the spiritual experience.
What Are Sacramental Ceremonial Mushrooms?
Psilocybin mushrooms have been revered for thousands of years across many cultures as sacred tools for healing, communion with the Divine, and spiritual initiation. Used ceremonially, these mushrooms are not simply “taken” — they are received with reverence. In the context of sacred ceremony, psilocybin becomes a sacrament: a holy substance offered with prayer and intention, allowing individuals to journey into the inner sanctum of the soul. When used sacramentally and guided by trained facilitators in a safe, spiritually grounded container, psilocybin can catalyze profound healing and revelation. It often brings to the surface repressed emotions, subconscious patterns, or unprocessed trauma — not to overwhelm, but to offer the soul an opportunity to witness and release with love. At the Temple of Eden, we do not use psilocybin recreationally. It is a Sacrament — an embodied prayer. Participants are guided with intention, supported by ceremony, integration, and community. In this inaugural overnight ceremony, we will create a sacred container that includes opening and closing rituals, prayerful preparation, guided meditation, live music, and heart-centered integration. You will be held in a safe, private environment under the stars of Joshua Tree — with nature itself as a sacred witness to your transformation.
