Entheogenic Church Filing

Description

The Temple of Eden has partnered with attorney Dan Miller, Esq. to support our community in the complete filing process to become an officially recognized Bufo entheogenic church.

Together, we’re bridging the sacred into the 3-D realm — providing both the spiritual and legal structure needed to lead your own temple with integrity, safety, and divine protection.
Many new entheogenic churches dissolve within their first few years. —Nearly 80% fail due to lack of structural guidance, incomplete filings, or absence of ethical training. We are here to change that.
Through this collaboration, you’ll receive hands-on support from start to finish — from your EIN and Secretary of State filings to your Statement of Beliefs, bylaws, and ceremony waivers — paired with Temple of Eden’s spiritual, operational, and ethical training.
Our mission is to ensure your church not only opens its doors, but thrives for years to come as a sanctuary of healing, sovereignty, and service.
Together, we walk you through every step — from formation to facilitation — so your Bufo church is built on a foundation of longevity, protection, and spiritual devotion.
To set up the 1 hour presentation to go over details, please contact us @ 310-912-0490
Only accepting 5 new clients every 90 days.
There is a $250 consultation fee, which will be applied toward your filing fee.

Refund Policy

As a nonprofit religious organization, all contributions, donations, and ceremony registrations are nonrefundable. Due to the extensive preparation, staffing, logistical planning, and limited availability associated with each ceremony, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

In the event that a participant is unable to attend, eligible funds may be applied as a credit toward a future ceremony in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

By registering for a ceremony, retreat, training, or event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Due to limited ceremony capacity and the sacred preparation involved in each event, we kindly ask that participants honor their commitment once registered.

Rescheduling Requests Participants who request to reschedule within seven (7) days of their scheduled ceremony date will be assessed a $150 rebooking fee. This policy applies without exception, as last-minute cancellations often prevent us from offering the space to another participant.

No-Show Policy Participants who fail to attend their scheduled ceremony without prior notice (“No Show”) forfeit their registration and any associated credits. No-show participants must complete a new registration and pay the full contribution amount to attend a future ceremony.

Late Arrivals Participants who arrive significantly late may be denied entry if the ceremony has already begun in order to preserve the integrity and safety of the ceremonial container.
