As the Entheogenic Revolution continues to grow we are seeing an increase in the number of people not only facilitating ceremony for entheogenic medicines (such as: 5-Meo-DMT, Ayahuasca, psilocybin, San Pedro or peyote) but also feeling the call to create a church or temple to greet the coming New Age for which these sacred medicines are now portending. Just as it is necessary to create a safe energetic container around a participant in full journey mode, so it is important to have a safe space for the external exigences that might and will arise for your church or temple. Establishing a entheogenic church is a complex process and must be done properly.

To begin with you must protect your Constitutional rights to express your religious faith in correspondence with your free will and conscience. To do this you must establish your church or temple as a recognized not for profit legal entity. This is done by obtaining a 508 (c)(1)(a) to ensure a tax exempt non-profit religious status, and fortifies your right to religious expression. In service of our movement, Temple of Eden has decided that it will assist worthy entheogenic organizers in filing for 508 (c)(1)(a). We approach this process with a deep sense of obligation to help other people on the path to creating a sacred entheogenic community.

This filing is designed only for those who have prior training with Temple of Eden, or experience serving entheogenic medicine. A clean reputation among the community, with no reports of any kind of abusive behavior. This is not for newbies. The $5000 donation goes toward the operating costs of Temple of Eden.
